JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Transportation Coordinator / Customer Service Representative you will provide support to our Less-than-Truckload (LTL) Sales Team. The main focus of the position is ensuring operational excellence by managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within our systems. You will be in daily contact with customers of various sizes, building relationships, problems solving and assessing their needs. You will utilize C.H. Robinson's customized software systems and Microsoft Applications to complete assigned tasks. Additional duties for this position include, but are not limited to, reporting, tracking, filing, correspondence, documentation requests, and general administrative duties. This position also ensures support in areas such as branch financials.
RESPONSIBILITIES: RESPONSIBILITIES - Track and trace shipments - Complete classifications of products - Negotiate domestic rate quotes - Prepare shipment orders - Customer and carrier follow-up - Answer incoming calls - Audit load information - Communicate information timely and accurately - General administrative assistance

Additional duties for this position include, but are not limited to, reporting/tracking, filing, correspondence, documentation requests, and general administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities for this position include: - Customer and carrier calls/follow-up - Answer incoming calls - Schedule load appointments - Dispatch loads - Entering loads into internal CHR systems - Audit load information - Complete customer requests - Prepare documentation - Track and Trace shipments - Introductory and Thank You Letters to New Clients - General administrative assistance - AR daily collections, reporting - Complete projects as needed
