- Business Development Executive
The Sales Executive willbe locatedin New York or Las Vegas but home office would be considered on a case basis. The position will report directly to President and be responsible for launching the Park Assist technology into the Gaming and Hospitality sector. The person will take ownership for all commercial activities in this sector across the US (and selective international opportunities) including:
Primary responsibilities include:
Identify key target customers and work closely with them to articulate the advantages of the Park Assist platform and generate customized proposals to close deals
Initial scoping of sites and financial modeling of deal margins
Manage account relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and further business development opportunities
Track and manage commitments to customers
Maintain customer information, contact and history database. Document customer interactions.
Provide customers with technical and logistical support as needed.
Liasoning with product development team about improvement ideas
Providing guidance directly to President about market dynamics and marketing strategies
Market education through trade shows and presentations at industry leader events - Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsible for properly performing activities related to the regulatory compliance functions as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with company core values, the objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies, procedures and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to the MICS, TICS, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.
The following is a list of the main duties/responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by reporting senior.
Conducts risk assessments to analyze integrity of gaming operations and assets.
Advises on impact of operational processes compared to federal, state, compact, tribal nation, and company requirements as well as best practices.
Advises on solutions to meet requirements and best practices.
Advises on revisions to processes to align with optimal integrity and operational needs.
Provide information, written and verbally, to management team members to achieve compliance objectives with guidance from the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor or Director of Regulatory Compliance.
Drafts confidential memorandums and reports for approval from the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor or Director of Regulatory Compliance for distribution to management team members.
Becomes familiar with the regulatory guidelines that control gaming operations, from Federal, State, Tribal, and Company levels.
Generates and maintains regulatory compliance work product in an organized manner for future reference.
Uses all available resources to complete essential duties and responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner.
Maintains independence of the processes conducted to effectuate legal and best practice requirements.
Provides excellent team member and guest service.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

- Food & Beverage Manager
Responsible for the overall effective and efficient management of all Food Beverage Service operations as assigned by the reporting senior including, but not limited to: providing leadership to assigned staff, ensuring effective internal and external communications, exercising appropriate judgment and decision making skills, and ensuring that all departmental operations are monitored and conducted efficiently and effectively. Also ensures effective tactical and strategic budget development and implementation; interfaces with other departmental and operations personnel to communicate and/or coordinate with those individuals in order to enhance overall Company profits. Ensures department and assigned staff operate in compliance with applicable internal policies and procedures, gaming regulations, and external agency requirements.

REPORTS TO: General Manager
SUPERVISES:Marketing and Players Club
JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the overall marketing, advertising, public relations, live entertainment, and promotion of the casino property.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assumes overall managerial responsibility for the department.
Creates and executes marketing plan and budget for property.
Establishes and maintains Marketing department policies and procedures.
Recommends hiring and discipline within the department.
Handles staffing and scheduling needs, and performs department evaluations.
Develops and maintains ongoing training programs.
Oversees the handling, storing, and safekeeping of records, documents, and casino assets.
Oversees design, copy, production and placement of print, radio, billboard and television advertising and collaterals.
Monitors all aspects of billing for accuracy.
Assists all department managers as needed with promotions, insuring that new and interesting merchandise is available for special events and VIP giveaways.
Performs other job related duties as assigned. - Supervisor Regulatory Compliance
Responsible for the overall effective and efficient coordination and supervision of the Regulatory Compliance department as assigned by the reporting senior including, but not limited to: providing leadership to assigned team members, ensuring effective internal and external communications, exercising appropriate judgment and decision-making skills, and ensuring that all departmental and team members activities are monitored and performed as efficiently and effectively as possible. Interfaces with other departmental operations personnel to communicate and/or coordinate with those individuals in order to enhance overall company profits and guest services. Ensures assigned team members operate in compliance with applicable internal policies and procedures, gaming regulations, and external agency requirements.

Responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction and increasing rated play. Develop and manage the budget for premium slot play and VIP promotions. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers. Evaluate customer play for comping needs. Responsible for managing and increasing rated play -both tables and slots. Communicate with premium/rated players through telemarketing, letter writing about available services, promotions opportunities and special events. Communicate between guest and staff department to ensure customer satisfaction. Review and manage departmental financial data. Review activities and promotional status with Director of Player Development. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Other duties as assigned. - Surveillance Operator
Responsible for planning, communicating and implementing procedures in accordance with Director. Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, change booths and count rooms via the CCTV system for criminal activity and/or violation of the State Gaming Commission regulations and the company policies and procedures. Videotape activities where appropriate and report observations to appropriate company and state officials. Record surveillance activity in daily log. - Player Development Manager

4. Issuing timely performance evaluations on subordinates and offering guidelines and resources to achieve goals.

6. Oversee Casino Host staff to assure timely execution of all responsibilities associated with each event. This includes, but is not limited to invitations, advertising, decorations, gifts, food and beverages, maintenance, and staff scheduling.
7. Help in the development of programs specifically geared to premium players; i.e. special events, parties and tournaments.
