  • Lead Time Enablement Leader
    Lead Time Enablement Leader will be responsible to identify, plan, and manage cross-functional projects to improve customer's order-to-delivery lead time. Location MN - Minneapolis/St. Paul , Shakopee, MN Salary $84,000 - $92,000 Responsibilities will include the following: :Develop methodology and lead process to prioritize lead time improvement opportunities for maximum benefit in customer's experience and client's competitive position. Establish and lead product line focused pilot team and projects within America's region. :Develop and hold workshops with cross-functional teams(Customer Service, Product Management, Purchasing , Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics) to identify gaps in current lead time performance and initiatives/levers to improve lead time performance including DFM (design for manufacturability), inventory safety stocks, Lean Manufacturing Batch size, Planning, Quality, Setup time reduction, Supplier Lead Time reduction, Supplier Consignment/Vendor Managed Inventory, etc.) :Develop and lead execution of regional Lead time Enablement Plans for all major Product Lines within the America's and report progress periodically to GCS leadership. :Share initiative frameworks, processes, and learning with other regional Lead Time improvement Leaders in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia, Pacific). :Coordinate with and serve on cross- functional teams (including CCT [Cost Transformation] core team), acting as change agent in support of cultural and Global Connectivity Services transformation.     Market Segment Leader: Architectural professional license, project management experience., business development within particular markets-Health Care, Higher Education and Public Safety. Salary range $110-130K. Travel up to 50%, will be assigned to an office in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia or Central PA, depending on market and geographic location. Market Segment Leader"s purpose is to develop, direct and manage the strategy, marketing, and business development activities of the assigned marketing segment(s) (K-12, Higher Ed, Public Safety or Health Care). In some divisions, this position has a dual responsibility of providing senior leadership and technical expertise on projects related to the market segment. In this capacity, the individual is responsible for assuring successful project execution, design quality and profitability.
