May perform one or more of the following:
Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.
May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail.
May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
Administers programs, projects, and / or processes specific to the operating unit served.
May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.
Open and route mail to appropriate unit. Sort and screen medical claims in preparation for microfilm and claims entry. Prepare and post outgoing mailings and maintain postage log. Log documents returned to providers and maintain RTP log. Backup to courier and microfilm duties.
HOURS: Scheduled days are Monday- Friday. Hours would begin at either 7am or 7:30am.

Our Fargo, ND office is currently seeking an Infrastructure Support Technician to provide mid-range to advanced level service support and assigned tasks on workstations and network systems, including problem resolution, technical change implementation and maintenance. Technical support will be delivered via telephone, remote, and one-on-one support within defined service level agreements for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES ? Consult with users to determine and resolve hardware and software issues ? Proficient knowledge of desktop operating systems, workstations, and network systems ? Requires strong troubleshooting skills ? Demonstrate increasing knowledge on networking equipment, backup technology, network operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, networking protocols (ie DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPNs, TCP/IP), malware and security protection ? Proficient use of language when giving instructions in person, over e-mail and over the telephone ? Must posses good communication skills with co-workers and clients ? Must demonstrate excellent time management skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE ? CompTIA A+ Certification or similar certification or related experience required. ? At least 1 year experience servicing, supporting and troubleshooting workstations and network systems required. ? MCP, MCSA, CCNA certifications preferred, however not all are required.
