1st trip to japan they (travel agents) gave us 45mins From narita to haneda airport.

haikaido travel (booth inside the alpen hotel) has a special on atm that you get the bus transfer + lift ticket for rusutsu for 5100 yen.

For me, In March 1st time to Japan i'd recommend Niseko.
Its got all that you are after and its not too chilly by then.
