  Harley-Davidson, Inc. today announced the completion of its purchase of the privately held Italian motorcycle maker MV Agusta Group. The Company has acquired 100 percent of MV Agusta Group shares for total consideration of approximately 70 million euros ($108 million), which includes the satisfaction of existing bank debt for approximately 45 million euros ($69 million).

This past July, RoadRUNNER Magazine welcomed a large group of subscribers, readers, and other motorcycle-touring enthusiasts to Natural Bridge, Virginia for our first full touring weekend
• RoadRUNNER Touring Weekend 2008 Was A Great Success
  RoadRUNNER Magazine's 2008 Touring Weekend and Christian Neuhauser Memorial Ride and Dinner were a big success this past weekend. Over 100 riders participated, some from as far away as Ontario, Canada. With the exception of a little morning fog, weather both Saturday and Sunday were perfect for the scenic tours through the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and into "Wild and Wonderful" West Virginia. The routes traveled had plenty of curves and very little traffic, prompting big grins from riders and passengers alike.
