At Tech, a full service national staffing firm is currently looking to fill several different positions at Aurora Loan Services in Scottsbluff, NE. We need 7 Customer Service Reps. and 5 Loan Processors. Attached are the job descriptions for these positions for your review. Both positions are contract to hire and start at $10. an hour. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP: Qualifications: HS Grad/GED; 1 1/2+ yrs customer service experience. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all Aurora customers. Broad knowledge of all areas of escrow administration including taxes, insurance, payoffs, escrow analysis, cash application, special loans, and some knowledge of collections Will start in this position for 5-6 weeks at 8:00 am - 5:00 pm for training. Then the hours will be 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm with a mandatory Saturday once per month. Saturday hours are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are also looking for bi-lingual candidates.
LOAN PROCESSORS
Qualifications: HS Grad/GED; minimum 2 years Call Center experience, Collections or Loss Mitigation experience preferred, mortgage and/or loan servicing experience desired. Responsibilities: Will provide updates on workout options in progress to existing customers or authorized third parties. Will proactively solicit delinquent customers, either through calls or letters, in an effort to determine the collectibility and/or cash flow potential of the customer. Will negotiate high risk, 90 day+ delinquent loans adhering to stated timelines and regulatory requirements through a web-based application. Responsible for managing and facilitating resolution of consumer loans that may be performing or distressed. Performs timely follow up on missed payment arrangements and other borrower commitments. Analyzes the extent of the potential loss created by the troubled loan, identify the problems and provide meaningful input into the plan for resolving the problems. Resolution of identified problems may include forbearance agreements, loan modifications, short payoffs, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and legal settlement.

Description: This engineer will be responsible for providing support to production of two business units. The processes include fermentation, recovery using extensive unit operations and finally blending and packaging. This engineer will execute various technical and engineering projects of various size and scope. Capital project scope ranges in size up to about $4MM per project. Will interact with multiple customers to come to a consensus on scope and functionality and meet budget and planning requirements. Will be responsible for cost reduction through technical improvement. This engineer will be responsible for out of the box solutions to processing problems. Will manage projects at all levels to include lab development resulting in production implementation. This engineer will work closely with cross-functional business members in the North American business unit to ensure all aspects of projects align with customer expectations, manufacturing, business unit strategy, goals, and company policies. This person will direct the work of both exempt and non-exempt positions in relation to various projects.
