  Qualifications
  A four-year degree plus a minimum of one year of application development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience should include application development, preferably in an Oracle client-server environment utilizing queries and procedures, along with a demonstrated ability to handle small to medium-sized application development projects. Experience writing reports and tuning SQL is preferred, but not required. Other required qualifications include excellent oral and written communication skills along with logical, analytical and abstract thinking qualities.

Resolve escalated client concerns as needed.
  
  Qualifications
  A minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role is required (previous supervisor experience in a call center preferred). Must possess the ability to work effectively as a leader and coach to promote a team environment for client service associates. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain expectations and objectives. Strong employee relations skills are necessary to provide positive and constructive feedback and guidance. Strong ability to promote a positive attitude as a team player within a management team is critical. The work schedule for this position is 11:30am
  - 8:00pm or 1:30-10pm Tuesday thru Friday and 1030-7pm on Saturday.
