The Territory Representative is responsible for partnering with our customers in an assigned territory, providing them with persona customer service and advice for all their cleaning and sanitation needs. Your success will depend on your ability to understand your customers business needs and provide them with excellent service and advice they can rely on.
Main Responsibilities:
Previous sales, food service or military experience Develop & enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently & maintaining you own schedule Advise customers on quality assurance & conduct Food Safety Audits to help maintain clean and sanitary establishments Provide food safety & sanitation advice, education & training Utilize problem-solving & trouble shooting skills to install & maintain dispensing systems Become a NEHA Certified Food Safety Professional and ServSafe Certified On-the-job and classroom training covers equipment maintenance, food safety & sales skills training
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous sales, food service or military experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree strongly preferred/ or equivalent education or experience A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment, including a willingness to provide hands-on service Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong communication and relationship building skills, communicate effectively with internal and external customers Ability to work independently Willing & able to travel overnight, as required Job Requirements: Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record Benefits: Our benefits go beyond caring for your health – they also provide for your financial well being.
