    Position Overview:
    To direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human capital investment and retention, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation.

    Position Requirements:

    Educational Requirements and Experience:

    Senior Assistant Manager
    Position Overview:
    To direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human
    resource management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation in the absence of the Store Manager. This position is assigned one of four Divisions of Responsibility (DOR), which rotate on a regular basis (Human Resources, Merchandise, Operations and Business). The Senior Assistant Manager should be competent in each DOR prior to being considered for a Store Manager position.

    Position Requirements:

  • Client Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority
  • Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within Division of Responsibility, and for store in Store Manager’s absence

    Job Responsibilities:
    This individual will be part of a team responsible for supporting and enhancing business systems / applications.     Required Skills:
